Order Processing and DeliveryYour order will be processed the day we receive it if the order is received before 4PM EST on a business day (Mon - Fri). Items are shipped directly from Garage Pals, the manufacturer, in Jackson, Michigan, USA (80 miles west of Detroit, MI).
We build everything we sell and sometimes we get behind, but we make every effort to identify on the web site items that usually ship the same day, or that ship within 1-2 days, or that ship within 3-4 days. Our combo packages usually take about 1 week to
manufacture and some custom products may take several weeks for delivery. The method you choose for shipping will determine the cost and estimated delivery time.
Out of StockItems available but not currently in stock generally take 1 day to 1 week to manufacture. If you are in a rush, just let us know in the notes/comments field when you place your order and we'll do our best to
expedite. Our guys can usually make a point to build anything we sell within days if there is an emergency. We endeavor to always identify such items on the web site as requiring more time for delivery. However, it is always possible that a sudden burst of orders will leave us out of
stock just as your order arrives. In such cases, we will promptly notify you by e-mail that the item is back ordered and give you an estimated delivery time. Of course, you may cancel such an order with no penalty if you are unwilling to wait.
PaymentWe accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Prices subject to change. All orders must be paid in full before shipping will occur. Your credit card statement should read "Pit Products / Garage Pals" as the company name on the statement.
ReturnsReturns are accepted within 30 days of delivery to the customer.
There is a 25% restocking fee. When returning merchandise please include a copy of your packing slip. If more than 1 item is listed please mark the returning item(s) and explain why you are returning the merchandise.
Delivery confirmation and insurance is highly recommended when returning merchandise.
